Flight
The Gustavo Diaz Order International Airport or Puerto Vallarta International Airport is a short 10 miles or 25 minute drive from Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort and Spa. Alaska Airlines offers daily nonstop direct flights from LAX and PDX. Taxis are readily available in the main lobby once you exit immigration and customs. It should cost no more than $30 USD to travel to the resort. If you pre-arranged private transportation to the resort, once again, it is VERY IMPORTANT that once you clear immigration and customs you BYPASS the MANY timeshare representatives and go immediately to the left and exit the frosted sliding glass doors. Do not stop until you see your transportation representative with signs and credentials.
