Received message " We are sorry, there is no room availability for the selected dates" when promocode used to book rooms

Answer

As of March 17, 2022, all 17 rooms eligible for the Brooks and Frank promo code have been reserved/booked. Unfortunately, Villa del Palmar Flamingos Beach Resort &Spa is sold out May 19-21, 2022. However, there is availability at Villa La Estancia Beach Resort & Spa. It is on the same property and you can book online using the link above. Please notify Fred or Allison if you reserve a room at another resort ASAP so you can be given access to all of our wedding events.

When a room is booked with the All Inclusive option and will be occupied by 2 or more adult guests (3 maximum occupancy for Junior Suite) does each occupant in the room receive the all inclusive bracelet?

Answer

Yes, each room guest will receive the All Inclusive bracelet. All room guests must be on the same plan: All Inclusive or European Plan.

Will I need to be tested for Covid before traveling home?

Answer

YES! Before returning to the US, a negative Covid test within 24 hours of departure is required prior to checking into your flight, regardless of vaccination status. When you check in, your resort will provide you information, confirm your departure date and give you information to make an appointment for Covid testing with the on-site clinic the morning before departure. Cost is $30.00 USD per person
