When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We suggest getting there 30 minutes before the ceremony begins, so 4:30 pm

Will the ceremony be outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. In case of inclement weather, the ceremony will take place inside the Laurel Ridge Clubhouse

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered at Amazon, Belk, REI, and Bed, Bath, & Beyond. We are also registered at Honeyfund, which is a cash fund for our honeymoon. All of these online registries can be found on our Registry page. If you would like to shop in person, you should be able to do so at Belk or Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is located directly in front of the country club. There should be signage directing you where to go. The ceremony and reception are both at Laurel Ridge!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please see the Travel page for several suggestions. Additionally, we have a hotel block at Best Western, which you can also find on the Travel page

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but the suggested hotels are a short drive from Laurel Ridge

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited seating, please only bring a date if you received a plus one. Your invitation envelope should say "and guest" Additionally, this should be evident when you RSVP as you will have the option to type in a second guest's name.

Question

May I take and post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We ask that guests refrain from taking photos during our wedding ceremony. We will have photographers and videographers capturing everything during this time and we will share any photos with our guests to access afterwards. Other than during the unplugged ceremony, we would love for our guests to take and post any photos! We suggest using our wedding hashtag #HeStoleErhart so we can easily find them later!
