Coincidentally, we're both South Carolina natives; Ravi was born and raised in Aiken, and Emily in Greenville. Work brought us to Nashville, where we met in the Fall of 2015. We enjoyed getting to know one another over special dinners in Nashville's eateries, and were quickly drawn to each other. By March, 2016, we began building a committed relationship. While happy in our new found relationship, Emily received an opportunity to work in New York City. Despite living apart, we were able to grow our relationship and learn about each other. We went on adventures, discovered new places, met each other's families and friends, and visited each other between New York and Nashville; over the past two and a half years we have created memories in cities across 8 Countries. In February 2018, Ravi proposed to Emily on a Winter trip to Tulum, Mexico. We have been excitedly planning our future together ever since.
