Steamboat has direct flights from Seattle, San Diego, Houston, Dallas, Newark, and Atlanta. Alternatively, you could fly into Denver, but know its about a 3-4 hour drive from there depending on the weather.

Their property consists of newly renovated boutique hotel rooms. • Residence Inn - A newer property to Steamboat just over a mile away from the base area by Safeway. All rooms feature a fully equipped kitchen, living area, and a sleeper sofa. • Homewood Suites - About two miles from the base, and a newer property in Steamboat. • Holiday Inn - Just 1 ½ miles from the ski resort. • The Bristol Hotel - Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs, The Bristol - built in 1948 - is an intimate boutique hotel nestled in one of Main Street's charming historic buildings. **Shuttles will be available at the transit center near the Sheraton/Gondola.

There is no parking at the venue (you wouldn't want to drive those twisty mountain roads anyway) so everyone will need to grab a shuttle. Shuttles will be picking up and returning guests to the transit center near the Sheraton and to the Wells Fargo parking lot (downtown.)
