We Eloped!

The Wedding Website of Shay Dickerson and Patrick Feeney

Shay and Patrick eloped via Zoom on 2-19-2021 in Fort Worth Texas, and had a small reception the following day with immediate family. "SNOVID Zoomopement" a gibberish phrase that describes the most special weekend Shay and Patrick have every had. On top of the pandemic, that week Texas was hit by a massive snow storm causing rolling blackouts, burst pipes and terrible damage. They were faced with the decision to postpone the original plan or get married via zoom. After all this time, were they really going to let a pandemic and blizzard stop them from becoming husband and wife? Naah! They pivoted the plan to a zoom ceremony on Friday with Shay, Patrick and the Photographer at their hotel. They got the zoom link at 5pm the day night before and began distributing as fast as possible. The reception was moved to an afternoon lunch the following day at Gemelle, so the sisters could safely travel to Fort Worth from out of town. l
