IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

Our Wedding will be a Formal/Black-Tie event. We ask that men wear suits or tuxes with neckties or bowties and women wear floor-length gowns or formal dresses.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We kindly ask that you arrive no later or earlier than 4:00pm, which is 15 minutes before the ceremony start time.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we unfortunately cannot accommodate anyone not named on your invitation. If you were given a plus one, your invitation will be addressed to your name and guest.

WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?

Answer

Yes, for out of town guests only. Please RSVP for Transportation when RSVPing for the wedding. Transportation will depart from the Best Western Plus at 3:30 PM and return at the end of the reception.

ARE KIDS INVITED?

Answer

We love children (especially yours), but we’d like you to join in the celebration and enjoy a night off, so we’re requesting that the kiddos be left at home with a sitter.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE?

Complimentary valet parking will be provided at the wedding venue.

WILL THERE BE AN AFTER PARTY?

Answer

YES! After the reception is over we will be in the lobby of the Best Western partying on! It is BYOB and please avoid from bringing glass containers.
