Torrey C. Brown Rail Trail
Walk north up the trail where Ezra learned to bike as a kid. We have enjoyed many bike rides, long walks and river floats along this trail.
Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine
For the history buffs: A historic site of the War of 1812 and the inspiration for America's national anthem: The Star Spangled Banner, written by Francis Scott Key who spotted a huge American flag waving over the fort during a long bombardment.
Historic Lexington Market
This is Ezra's new place of work! Come support local and perhaps grab lunch on your way in or out of town. 28 vendors with all different sorts of food!
Union Craft Brewing
A neighborhood favorite and local beer brand we sold while working together at Glen's Garden Market in DC. The brewery is part of a complex called Union Collective, which is also home to a climbing gym, coffee roaster, wine and cocktail bar, and ice cream shop.
Cylburn Arboretum
Just north of our house, tour for free the grounds and gardens surrounding this beautiful Victorian mansion.
National Aquarium
The national aquarium is fun for all ages and conveniently located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, a walkable stretch along the water with plenty of food options and activities. Day passes available.
