Answer

We have secured room blocks at two local hotels in Hunt Valley, MD, which are listed on the Travel section of our website. There are limited AirBnBs and other hotels between Cockeysville and Hereford, MD.

How do we get to the reception?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle bus service that will depart from the Courtyard Marriott Hunt Valley's main entrance promptly at 4:45 pm on September 23. Parking is also available at the venue (14601 Cooper Road, Phoenix, MD 21131). Upon turning onto the driveway, look for vehicles parked on the grass to the right.

What can we do before and after the main event?

We have planned a few casual, fun activities -- listed on the Schedule section of this website -- on Friday, September 22 and Sunday, September 24. Before the reception on Saturday, feel free to explore Baltimore! We have suggested some local activities on the Things to Do section of this website.
