Look Memorial Park
Great for little ones to explore and get some energy out! They have a mix of walking areas, playgrounds, and even a steam train for kiddos. Close to Northampton center, and in the direction of the wedding venue! Open: Friday 9am - 4pm Saturday 9am - 6pm Sunday 9am - 6pm Train for Kids: 11am-5pm
Skinner State Park
Hiking Skinner Mountain is a tradition for Emily and her family during the fall season. If you are interested to see a beautiful view of the pioneer valley and hike to the summit house, we highly recommend going here! It's about a 19minute drive from downtown Northampton and the hike from the trailhead typically takes us an hour to get to the top.
Norwottuck Rail Trail
For the walkers of the group, this is a great option to walk the bike trail around Northampton. When we travel to new locations, we often like to find trails and walking paths to learn an area better
Herrell's Ice Cream & Bakery
Did someone say ice cream? We always love a good sweet treat, and when visiting Northampton, we wouldn't pass up a trip to Harrell's - the hot fudge is so good!
