Where is the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Both ceremony and reception will take place at Valley View Farm in Haydenville MA Parking is available, and additional transportation to and from venue will be shared soon!

Welcome Reception (All guests welcome): Friday, August 30th from 7:30-9:30pm Wedding Day: Ceremony around 4pm Cocktail Hour 5pm Dinner 6pm Dancing and fire pits to follow!!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
There is! We will have a shuttle service from our 3 room block hotels to our venue and back. Please be ready 5-10 minutes before the pickup times below: Pickup Schedule: -Homewood Suites Hadley Amherst at 3:30PM -Fairfield Inn & Suited Northampton at 3:40PM -Hotel Northampton at 3:50PM Drop off Schedule: -Early shuttle departs Valley View Farm at 9:45PM -Late shuttle departs Valley View Farm at 11:00PM

Can I leave my car at Valley View Farm overnight?
Answer
Yes! You may leave your car overnight, but it needs to be picked up by 11AM on Sunday September 1st.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?
Answer
We are hosting a WELCOME PARTY the evening before our wedding (8/30/24) We are still working on the exact timing but on Friday evening we will be hosting drinks and snacks at Progression Brewing in downtown Northampton! All guests invited to the wedding, are invited to the welcome party Stand by for additional details, coming soon!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
Yes! See the section “lodging” for our recommendations for where to stay and for room block information Please keep in mind, this is move-in weekend for a handful of colleges in the area. Hotels and Rentals will fill quickly, so please book accordingly!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Unfortunately, we have a set guest list and our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation
