What time should I plan to arrive?

Answer

Pre-ceremony music will start at 4:30pm and the ceremony begins at 5pm sharp. We suggest you arrive and be parked at least 20 minutes before the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There are two hosted parking lots reserved for our event. One at the top of the hill next to the chapel, and another just below next to the reception club. The ceremony will take place at the top of the hill next to the chapel. If you don't want to walk up the hill, be sure to park next to the chapel and you can move to the lower lot before cocktail hour. You do not need to pay for parking - just mention Esther or Cary to the parking attendant and you should be good to go. Lyfts/Ubers are suggested if you plan to party with us!

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, and the dinner reception will take place indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

On May 5th last year, the forecast was afternoon highs in the mid to upper 60s. Should be beautiful, but it's San Francisco... bring a shawl or light jacket just in case!

What's for dinner?

Answer

We are having a buffet dinner with an assortment of salads, a salmon dish, vegetarian polenta dish and a prime rib carving station. Bring your appetite and come thirsty!
