Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) DFW and Dallas Love Field are equal distance from the hotels and venues, so both are great options. Dallas Love Field is the hub for Southwest Airlines while DFW hosts all other major Airlines.
Shuttle
Shuttle service provided at the Courtyard Marriott and the Hyatt Place to and from the Wedding

Shuttles will arrive at the Courtyard by Marriott and they Hyatt Dallas/Allen at 4:15 and will depart at 4:30. Shuttles will resume at the venue starting at 9:00 PM and will go until 11:30 PM.

The Hyatt Place location will host one of our wedding room blocks. We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the venue. Please reserve your room by September 29th to guarantee availability and the locked room rate.

BLOCK FULL - The Courtyard Marriott location will host one of our wedding room blocks. We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the venue. The Courtyard Marriott is located in the middle of the Allen Event Center and provides walkable options for food and beverages.

If you're looking for a boutique historic hotel option, check out the Grand Hotel & Ballroom in Downtown McKinney. This hotel hosts 40 rooms overlooking the quaint Downtown and its many shops and restaurants. The Grand Hotel & Ballroom is located 20 minutes from the wedding and reception venue and is accessible via Uber/Lyft.
