Luke and Zack have known each other for their entire lives, from playdates as babies to a shared summer internship in San Francisco 20 years later. Luke has always been a valuable sounding board and confidante throughout Zack's life.

Kate and Erica became friends during graduate recruitment and ended up as roommates for the next 5 years at UVA. They embarked on many late night post-Benny's walks, hosted several dinner/cocktail/holiday parties, and attempted many rounds of trivia. They continue to bond over their taste in music, pop culture, and trends.

Zack and Zack met during college where they both studied chemical engineering. Sharing every class together, as well as an apartment through college, resulted in a fast friendship. To this day, Zack relies on Zack for sound scientific and life advice.

Brooke and Erica have known each other since middle school and luckily, have stayed friends since. They have since shared many hours in the library studying for chemical engineering exams, eaten lots of family meals as roommates and friends, and traveled across the US and Europe.

Sean was the first person that Zack met during college orientation where they quickly bonded watching the Winter Olympics. This friendship was cemented over many sessions of Super Smash Bros and lunchtime boardgames during a summer spent interning in Troy.

Sarah and Erica met the summer before their last year at KU when they were both engineering camp counselors. You can most likely find them on the hunt for good food, good music, and good board games - all with plenty of craic of course!

Zack first met Arch during their studies at UVA. They bonded over the exploration of new hobbies such as brewing, wood carving, and stump. To this day, Zack relies on Arch for his impeccable taste in trash science fiction.
Naomi Miyake

Naomi and Erica met at UVA and quickly bonded over their taste in music and love of food (specifically, oysters). Since then, not much has changed - they are frequently seen hanging out at wineries/breweries, restaurants, concerts, cocktail bars, and backyard BBQs.
Jason Reck

Jason and Zack first met during graduate school. They became close friends while complaining about thermodynamics under the stairway of a Charlottesville bar. While they never ventured into the dance party happening above their heads, Zack and Jason filled the next 5 years with other adventures.

Devanshi and Erica met during graduate school at UVA - Devanshi's quick wit and banter won Erica over and they have been friends ever since. Erica enjoys their candid conversations about life, eating Devanshi's home-cooked meals, and enjoying a good margarita (especially at Continental Divide).

Andrew and Zack met at the 2017 North American Meeting of the North American Catalysis Society - yes, it was as exciting as it sounds. As fate would have it, they were reunited later that year as new employees at ExxonMobil. They have since bonded over board games, Chipotle, and drag shows.
