We love your kids but we are hosting an adults only event. Eagle Valley Sitters (970) 341-9701 has come highly recommended. We hope you can get a night off to celebrate with us!
Unfortunately, given the remote location of the site there will not be reliable service. The venue staff can communicate in case of emergencies.
No, driving yourself to the wedding is not allowed per the venue. Everyone must take the buses we are providing to the event to ensure a safe trip. Shuttles will pick up all guests from the Vail Transportation Center (241 S Frontage Rd E, Vail, CO 81657) at 2:30pm. Buses will depart at 2:45pm sharp so please do not be late. The ride will take 45 minutes to and from the ceremony and reception and there will be multiple return trips. Thanks for understanding!
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are dark suits and cocktail dresses. The venue is rustic with gravel and slat wood floors so please plan your shoes accordingly. Also recommend a sweater or wrap given the unpredictability of Colorado weather.
Our buffet style dinner can accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free diets.
We strongly recommend staying in Vail Village where all the wedding events will take place and transportation will be provided. East Vail and West Vail are the closest other areas.
There are no scheduled events on Sunday. Meet the couple at a brewery (to be announced) to catch up Sunday afternoon.
Complimentary valet parking is available at the Four Seasons Resort on a first come, first serve basis. Should they be full, there is free parking at the Lionshead Parking Structure (354 S Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO, 81657), about a 5 minute walk from the Four Seasons. Take a ticket at the structure and keep it for exit.
Yes, free parking is available until 4am at Vail Transportation Center (241 S Frontage Rd E, Vail, CO 81657) - after 4am, there is a $35 overnight fee.
