Mountain Chic: Cocktail attire with a colder weather and mountain theme

We look forward to welcoming you all to Vail with small bites and drinks to kick off the weekend at the Meadows Terrace and Foyer at the Four Seasons in Vail Village. The event will be indoor/outdoor so a light jacket is recommended. The night will start with speeches from the hosts and a few select guests so your punctuality is appreciated. Complimentary valet parking is available at the Four Seasons Resort on a first come, first serve basis. Should they be full, there is free parking at the Lionshead Parking Structure (354 S Frontage Rd W, Vail, CO, 81657), about a 5 minute walk from the Four Seasons. Take a ticket at the structure and keep it for exit.

Ceremony and Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are dark suits and cocktail dresses. The venue is rustic with gravel and slat wood floors so please plan your shoes accordingly. Also recommend a sweater or wrap given the unpredictability of Colorado weather.

We are providing transportation to the venue and driving independently is not allowed due to road conditions. Shuttles will pick up all guests from the Vail Transportation Center (241 S Frontage Rd E, Vail, CO 81657) at 2:30pm. Buses will depart at 2:45pm sharp so please do not be late. The ride will take 45 minutes to and from the ceremony and reception and there will be multiple return trips. For those driving to the shuttle pickup, free parking is available until 4am at Vail Transportation Center - after 4am, there is a $35 overnight fee.
