Maid of Honor
Maggie and I met freshman year at Ball State. We both lived on the second floor of Johnson B. We quickly became part of the same friend group and continued our friendship throughout college. Fast-forward to "real life" after college- we both got our first teaching job on the first grade team at Kitley Elementary. We were on the same team for our first five years of teaching until we got split up this last year. We've kept each other sane throughout all the ups and downs of teaching and life in general.
Best Man
Ethan and I first met during our training at WebMD; we were both assigned to the same team and spent the first year of employment taking four o'clock walks and doing our 7 minute workouts. When it came time for me to move a couple of years later Ethan was the first to volunteer to help, and after two weekends and several hours spent in negative degree temperatures, I was finally able to get everything settled in. We spent several more years working together at WebMD; through building beer towers at Indians games, game nights, watching Twister, and eating cinnamon toast, we always seemed to have a fun time together. While not everyone approves of our time spent playing Fortnite together, I am excited to have him as the Best Man on our special day!
Bridesmaid
Hannah and I were best buds in grade school. We would walk to my house every day after school. We'd make up games, jump on the trampoline, watch movies, and walk back to school for practice. We bought each other "best friends" jewelry from Claire's and wore it proudly. We were like a package deal- you never saw one of us without the other.
Groomsman
We spent the first 20 years of my life sharing a room together, always managing to influence the other to make somewhat poor decisions. While we don't live as close anymore, the times that we do get to see each other are always eventful. After attending several of Micah's wedding events this past year, we are excited to have him be a part of our own!
Bridesmaid
Jackie and I met as freshmen at Ball state. We both lived on the same floor. We quickly became close friends because we have such similar personalities. I can't imagine what my college years would have been like if I hadn't met her.
Groomsman
The oldest but not so much wisest brother. Consistent loser of “the annoying game” and happy owner of his own little zoo.
Bridesmaid
Nikki and I have been friends since third grade. She's the type of friend where I knew I was always welcome at her house any time and felt like part of the family. She moved away to Florida, but when we see each other, we pick up right where we left off.
Groomsman
I first met Wes through an event that Zach was hosting and have spent the past several years getting to know him better. We are both excited to have him as part of our big day!
Bridesmaid
Jess is my cousin, but is the closest thing to a sister I've had. She has always been there as my backup through all the ups and downs of life. She's always encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone.
Groomsman
Jeff was always the closest thing Christy had to a brother growing up; while we haven't gotten to spend much time getting to know each other, it's easy to see why we are both excited to have him as part of our wedding. I look forward to getting to know him better, as well as baby (and dog) sitting in the coming years.
Flower Girl
Ellie always brings a certain spunk wherever she goes! We think she is just the cutest little thing!
Flower Girl
For the first year of Adalynn's life, we hardly got to see her due to Covid. Now that we've moved out to Greenfield, we get so see her more often and it is so fun getting to know her! She is sure to bring excitement wherever she goes.
Ring Bearer
Jack has always brought a fun energy to our family! He is a huge sports fan and is always wiling to shoot some hoops.
Usher
Greg is always the life of the party. We met downtown on New Years Eve several years ago, and while he does claim to like Christy better, we're excited to have him as part of our big day.
