Kevin and Lauren Brown along with Douglas and Débora Nelsen invite you to the wedding of their children Emma and Brandon.

We first met each other on the sidewalk outside of Central Presbyterian Church, but it was a mixer in the summer of 2021 at the Waterfall Gallery that really set our story into motion. That was the night Brandon decided he was going to actively pursue Emma. However, Emma didn't always show up to events and Brandon didn't know how else to get to know her. So, with the help of their friends, more social gatherings were orchestrated so that Brandon and Emma could spend more time together. Which was working but Emma and Brandon needed a little push. In October, Central hosted a 200th anniversary gala where we were "randomly" assigned to the same table (or Lauren Brown worked some momma magic and made a last minute table switch). We spent the whole night together having the most wonderful time. The following day was Brandon's birthday and at his party, over a very long game of ping pong after everyone else left rather abruptly, Brandon looked up at Emma and said, "We have been having a good time together these last few days, yes? Would you like to go out on a date with me?" And we've been inseparable ever since.
