Travel Note
Travel Visas may be Required
While not technically in place yet, the official ETIAS website says American citizens will eventually need travel Visas. However, "ETIAS is currently not in operation and will not start in the first half of 2025.". To be sure you're properly documented, go have a look at their website.

Borgo Di Castelvecchio
The cost will be between €200-250 ($208-260) per room per night. Check-in: Tuesday, June 3rd at 3 pm Check-out: Thursday, June 5th at 11:30 am Villa reservations will be coordinated through the couple and finalized once formal RSVPs have been submitted. Payment can be made via Paypal (link to be shared in late March) using a credit or debit card.
Flight
Getting to Italy
The closest airports to our venue are in Rome or Florence. Rome tends to have more direct (and affordable) international flights from the United States. As a result, we will plan to have a shuttle available to take you to the venue on Tuesday morning that departs from and returns to Rome. More details on this are shared below. We recommend you plan to arrive by Monday evening or early Tuesday morning if you are planning on using the shuttle to arrive to the venue.

Transportation to Borgo Di Castelvecchio
The venue is ~2.5 hours from the closest international airports (Rome and Florence). We will be providing an optional shuttle free of charge to bring guests to/from the villa from Rome on Tuesday morning and returning Thursday afternoon. The shuttle is entirely optional and guests are invited to rent a car/drive themselves to the venue if preferred. There is available parking on site free of charge if you and your party prefer to drive on your own. At the time of RSVP, you will be requested to let us know whether or not you plan on taking the shuttle so that we can plan accordingly.
