Airport Transportation Services
Our preferred transportation company, Mayan Hospitality Services, will pick you up at the airport & deliver you directly to Mahekal Beach Resort in Playa Del Carmen. Price is per vehicle & one way. Deluxe van (up to 8 passengers) $78.00 usd VIP Suburban (up to 4) $115.00 usd Deluxe large van (up to 10) $160.00 usd You can pay the driver direct in Pesos or USD. For booking, please email your flight itinerary to both (CC) dmc@mayanhospitality.com & stephany@crosbyandjon.com If you wish to share a car with friends/family/other random wedding attendees arriving on the same flight or similar landing time please note on the email requesting so. PRECAUTIONS: All driver’s temperature will be checked at the beginning & end of working shift. Vehicles are disinfected & sanitized after each service. Drivers must wear a mask at all times. Luggage will be disinfected with a chlorine solution before loading in the vehicle & antibacterial gel will be available for guests in each vehicle.

Shuttle/Bus information for smaller groups
You can also take the ADO shuttle bus! It will cost roughly $10 USD or 208 pesos per person. Though there is some extra coordination needed for this option. Please check out the link for some additional answers to questions and to figure out pick up and drop off locations and if they work for you! Uber/Lyft is not an option. But you are free to find alternate transportation/call a cab from the airport if you wish, though it is not recommended. Just be smart and watch out for inflated prices!

If you prefer to rent a car, we recommend using your favorite reputable company, or pre-book online at rentalcars.com. Make sure you coordinate transportation, with your rental company of choice, to the other side of the airport to pick up your vehicle. It is not waking distance from arrivals.
