Please RSVP by January 23rd, 2021. There's a nice little pre-stamped envelope and card you can drop in the mail to get back with your RSVP, and if there are any issues or questions, please reach out to one of us! Note: On your RSVP card, please indicate each guest's meal choice with their name. Thank you!
Yes! More or less... We are calling it Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, snazzy shirts, jackets, slacks; whatever makes you feel like you're ready to party!
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception patio, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages. There will be live music!!
First of all, it's an open bar!! Please enjoy your favorite libations (or our signature drink!) as much as you please! The bar that will be available is located past the main entrance to the right. You'll see signs with our wedding info pointing you in the right direction, and the bartender will be ready to whip up your favorites right after the ceremony. PS: If you happen to wander into the main bar area near the pro shop, we've been advised that you may be turned down and steered back toward our hosted bar, as the golf club tries to keep members and wedding guests separate. Their accountants must still be using an abacus or something.
The ceremony will be outdoors, right next to the reception banquet room on the golf course green. The reception will be inside, and everything is super close together. If you manage to get lost, flag down a random golf cart, hijack it, and make your back to the bar for another cocktail on us. Why not??
Yes, we are registered at ZOLA, and you can find the registry by clicking on the "Registry" link at the top of this page, or by going to www.zola.com/registry/emilyandjeremy2021
Yes! Please see the "Travel and Accommodations" tab at the top of this page for more details. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort, which is immediately adjacent to Gainey Ranch, our wedding venue location. It's stunning, has a massive pool, and is walking distance to all of our wedding festivities. As another option, many of our attendees are snagging some AirBnb's in the area; they're super popular and reasonably priced, as Scottsdale is a popular area for Spring Break and Spring Training visitors during spring months.
Yes. The ceremony and reception will be at a country club, so the parking spots closest to the main entrance are designated as members-only. Guest parking (for all of our esteemed attendees) is separate, but right next to it. Look for signs in the parking lot pointing you to the guest lot.
