The property is open to all guests to enjoy during our wedding weekend. Beyond the rec lawn is 106 acres of wooded Sandy Point State Park preserve with 1 ½ mile of walking trails.
Camden Hills State Park is a 30 minute drive from French's Point and is located just outside of the charming coastal town of Camden. Its crown jewel is the panoramic view from atop Mt. Battie, a vista that includes the bay and its islands, as well as the peak of Acadia National Park’s Cadillac Mountain on a clear day. For a leisurely trip, drive to the summit. For a more heart-pumping ascent, hit the half-mile trail for a hike over granite rocks and through wild blueberry bushes.
