Nope. The entire day—ceremony and reception—will all take place outside. So, please self-determine if this is something you’re comfortable with. All of that to say, if this experience isn’t something you’re excited about and comfortable with, please RSVP as a “no!” We won’t be hurt—we understand this isn’t for everyone.
We hear you—if you’re at all hesitant, please don’t come. We won’t be hurt! Of course we’ll miss your presence, but in these weird times, please prioritize your safety and comfort. We’ll send you photos of the day!
We’d really like for you to be vaccinated if you’re going to come. If you’re not vaccinated, please let us know before the wedding as we do have other immunocompromised guests attending.

Buena Vista is about 3 hours from Denver and 1.5 hours from Colorado Springs. If you’re flying in, you’ll need to rent a car or take a bus. There are lots of Airbnb options in both Salida and Buena Vista (hotels can be a little scarce). If you’d like to camp, you’re welcome to camp on our land in Nathrop. If you're interested in coordinating with another guest and sharing a rental car from the airport to Buena Vista, you can share your travel info in this spreadsheet! Think garden party vibes. Sun dress, jumpsuit, khakis, khaki shorts, vests—we’re pretty informal here. Just bring a sweater because it gets chilly when the sun goes down!
No, please leave your four leggeds at home.
