Things To Do
Chautauqua Park
Chataqua park is right in the middle of the city of Boulder and offers beautiful hikes ranging from easy to difficult! There is a small parking lot at the base of the park, but spaces usually fill up quickly on the weekends. You can also park on Baseline road or in some of the neighborhoods around the area. If you’re looking for a steep challenge, we recommend hiking Royal Arch trail to the top!
Mount Sanitas Trail
Mt. Sanitas is another popular hike about 10’ outside of Boulder. It’s a steep 2.6 mile out and back trail that offers great views at the top! These popular trails tend to get busy and hot in the afternoon, so best to get an early start!
Flagstaff Mountain
This is another great hiking area just a few minutes from Boulder. This is a great place to watch the sunset!
