What changes are you making to your reception due to COVID-19?
Answer
Based on current regulations, we are planning on limiting our reception to 50% of the ballroom's capacity. We will be extending invites or reaching out to you personally if we have to make any changes to your invitation.

When should RSVP's be returned by?
Answer
With the new date for the reception, we are migrating to online RSVP's through this website. Please respond on the RSVP tab above at your earliest convenience.

What if we are unsure about attending due to COVID-19?
Answer
We want to ensure all our guests feel comfortable and safe at our reception. Please send your RSVP as soon as you can so that we can maximize our 50% capacity, but if you feel any uncertainty please reach out! We would love you to attend, but understand that circumstances are constantly changing right now and want to hear from you personally if there are any concerns or changes in your RSVP.

Where is parking available for the reception?
Answer
If you are not walking/Uberring from the hotels, the Madison offers free parking for event guests just catty corner to the venue at Ampco System Parking garage - 24 E 7th St, Covington, KY 41011.

Where are you registered?
Answer
We are registered at Amazon, Bed, Bath & Beyond, and Zola. See the "Registries" tab for a one-stop shop or you can search on Amazon and Bed, Bath & Beyond's websites as well.
Question
What will your vow renewal be like?
Answer
Doors open at the Madison at 5:45 pm. Just after 6 o'clock, Alec and Emily will join their guests for a brief renewal of vows. This will happen in tandem with cocktail hour, so grab a drink and raise your glass to the married couple! We hope you will all join us for this celebration of marriage and love!

What safety protocols will be in place for COVID-19?
Answer
We are staying up-to-date with all current regulations for receptions, but plan on hand sanitizer, masks, and social distancing measures to be a part of the evening. We'll continue to update this as we get closer to March 6th with the latest protocols.
