Please join us in celebrating a weekend garden escape. We are expecting folks to enjoy overnight accommodations. Rest and take in the nature while nestled into the Berkshires. Our union celebration will begin with an outdoor ceremony, some light bites and a cash bar. Reception will follow in a barn where we will dance the night away.

We first met in our video field production class at Northern Essex Community College. Our teacher asked us to pair up. We completed and produced great quality local access TV. We had so much fun together that the teacher had to ask us to stop laughing during class. We are still cracking jokes with each other to this day. After being trusted friends for over a year, we knew this relationship felt like something more.

We took our relationship a step further on February 20, 2017 when Travis asked Ember to be their partner over a plate of pancakes at the Friendly Toast in Portsmouth, NH. We celebrated with a cocktail and a stroll downtown. After graduating from NECC we made plans to continue our BA at UMass Amherst. We moved in together and became intertwined. Together we adopted a lovable dog Amira, grew plants, traveled around and made meals to share. We got engaged in October 2020 at our beautiful home in Pelham. Together we cooked a decadent dish of shrimp over Thai peanut noodles. As Ember was adding the finishing touches, Travis ran out to the living room to light candles. Travis said, "I love cooking meals with you and I want to be able to do that for the rest of my life". We celebrated our joyous occasion with dinner, a bottle of wine and a night of dancing in our living room. We decided to celebrate our engagement by venturing out from our usual New England getaways with a road trip to New Orleans. We took turns driving down the East coast and finally arrived in the Big Easy to brass music costume parties and Creole cuisine. Now we excitedly await the next chapter of our journey and are honored to share it with you all!
