Getting to the Hudson Valley

The weekend's events will all take place in and around Cold Spring, NY, about an hour and a half north of New York City. We've booked room blocks at several hotels in Fishkill, NY, about 20 minutes from the venues. For those flying in, JFK, LGA, and EWR are all equidistant from Cold Spring and Fishkill. We recommend driving or renting a car if possible, especially if you plan to check out the area during the weekend. You can also take the Metro North (Hudson line) train from Grand Central Terminal directly to Cold Spring, NY, but Lyfts and Ubers are usually not available once in the area, so please be sure to prearrange alternate local transportation if needed. If you do take the train, we recommend pre-arranging a local taxi from the train station to your hotel or AirBnB. Some local cab numbers are: (845) 265-8294 or (845) 896-0315. Alternatively, there are companies that offer pre-arranged shuttle service from the NY-area airports, which may be best for groups.

Getting to and from the Wedding Events

We will have shuttles running from the hotels to the venues and back on both Friday and Saturday nights. We will continue to update shuttle information here. Saturday Wedding Shuttles: Shuttles for the wedding will depart from the hotels around 4 and 4:30pm. After the celebrations, there will be shuttles leaving the venue at approximately 10pm (for the early-birds), 11:15pm (after the reception), and 1am (after the afterparty). We strongly recommend taking the shuttles to and from the hotels as Lyfts and Ubers in the area are not reliable. There is plenty of parking space at the wedding venue for those driving. If you are driving, enter "Big Woods Trailhead, Phillipstown, NY" into your GPS (google maps or waze). Upon arrival please pass the parking area for the trail and follow the road to a stop sign. Turn right into Glynwood and follow signs for Office/Parking.
