When should I arrive at the venue?
Answer
Guests should arrive at the venue at 4:00pm EST. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm so don’t be late!

What is the alcohol situation?
Answer
There will be an open bar with beer and ciders by Box Office Brewery. Wine will also be available. Tips are appreciated for the B.O.B. staff!

What is the food situation?
Answer
Dinner will be served following the ceremony. It will be "breakfast for dinner," buffet-style. Dessert, coffee/tea, and other snacks will also be provided throughout the evening.

As soon as possible, but no later than May 31, 2024.

Only those who received an RSVP in the mail (unless you’ve been given a plus one)!

What is the dress code?
Answer
The dress code for the wedding is semi-formal. No jeans or sneakers. Jackets and ties are permitted but not required. Cocktail dresses, tailored two-piece ensembles, and suits are appropriate - no need to wear a formal, floor-length gown. No white dresses!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No, guests must arrange their own transportation to and from the event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
The venue has a large parking lot and street parking is available throughout Downtown Strasburg.
