1. Please list your name as well as those indicated on your wedding invitation on the line provided on the RSVP card 2. Provide the number of those attending next to "Gladly Accepts" and the number of those unable to attend next to "Regretfully Declines" 3. Initial the menu selections for each guest 4. List any allergies or dietary restrictions on the back of the RSVP card 5. Pop the pre-addressed envelope back in the mail!
