The Welcome Party

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Have a few of your favorite songs ready to request for the man behind the red piano. He'll play any song as the whole bar sings along! Drinks and light bites (a SoCal taco truck) will be provided.

The Rehearsal Dinner

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail Attire for the California Mountains: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. We will be outdoors at a winery so please wear comfortable shoes. It may be chilly so check the temps and bring a jacket.

No self-driving will be allowed. Guests will be shuttled to the winery. Please meet outside of the Hotel Californian at 4:00 PM.

The Main Event

4:30 pm - 11:45 pm

Creative Black-Tie: Wear festive floor-length gowns, formal dresses, tuxedos with neckties or bowties. Please dress formal but expressive. Make a big choice, we're here for it!

The ceremony will be located at the Hotel Californian on the Mirador Rooftop (we recommend bringing sunglasses!) followed by a cocktail hour in the Court of Califa, dinner on the Serena Rooftop, and dancing in the Alhambra Ballroom. Please note: the reception does not end until 12:30 AM - however, due to day light savings, we do not have the option of listing that as an end time on the website. PS - Bring your sunglasses for the ceremony
