🤵What is the dress code?
Answer
For the Welcome Party, dress casually & comfortably for September weather in Atlanta. For the Wedding Ceremony & Reception, the dress code is Black Tie Preferred. We recommend wearing floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses (have fun with vibrant colors if you're up for it!) and tuxes with black neckties or bow ties or black suits. Pro tip: bring a pair of sneakers (or other comfortable shoes) to dance the night away with us! 🕺🏻💃👟

💑 Can I bring a date?

Please only bring a date if your invitation indicates two individuals. We are tight on head count, so unfortunately, we cannot host additional guests.

🚌 Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?
Answer
For the welcome party, we encourage guests to walk or rideshare. For the wedding ceremony, there will be a shuttle at the Loews Hotel on Sunday September 3rd at 4:30pm bringing guests to Summerour Studio. The shuttle will also be available to bring guests back to the Loews Hotel.

🚗 SHOULD WE RENT A CAR?

The Loews Hotel is located in the heart of a walkable area of Midtown Atlanta; a walk or short Uber/Lyft will get you to many of the city's best attractions. For the Wedding weekend activities alone, a car is not necessary, but if you plan to extend your stay or explore different areas of Atlanta, a car may be helpful. The Loews Hotel has offered discounted parking to our guests for those who drive to Atlanta or prefer to have a rental car for their stay.

🅿️ Will there be parking?
Answer
For those staying at The Loews Hotel, we have secured a 20% discount on overnight parking (self or valet). Regularly, self-parking is $36 per night plus tax & valet parking is $50 per night plus tax. For those driving to the Welcome Party, we recommend parking in the Piedmont Park Parking Garage which is a very short distance from our venue, Magnolia Hall. The Park shares a parking deck with the Atlanta Botanical Garden and the rate is typically based on the amount of time you spend in the park. Please note, this is a cashless parking garage. Please be prepared to pay with a credit or debit card. Piedmont Park access is on the lowest floor. Address to Parking Garage: 1320 Monroe Drive, Atlanta, GA 30306 For those driving to the wedding, there will be valet parking available at Summerour Studio. Please note, there will be an open bar at the event, so please plan accordingly and responsibly!
