The Ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor setting (or covered pavilion in the event of inclement weather) and is intended to be short, sweet and non-traditional! Please choose footwear appropriate for grass and gravel. * We are choosing an intimate ceremony - your formal invitation will detail if you are invited to both the Ceremony and Reception; if invited to both but are only able to attend one or the other, please RSVP accordingly!

Time to pre-game for the reception! Enjoy ice cold, grab and go drinks as the wedding party has photographs taken. During this time, the guests invited to the Wedding Reception will be arriving and migrating into the fun! Take this time to sign our guest book and listen to some of the bride and grooms favorite tunes! * You are more than welcome to BYOB! Grab and go beer, wine, mini liquor and mini mixers will be provided; non-alcoholic beverages of choice include water and iced tea.

Kick off the Wedding Reception by enjoying the Bride and Groom's first dance! Join us on our concrete dance floor beneath the pavilion for all of the traditional, tear-jerking wedding party dances.

Wedding Reception dinner will be provided with two food truck options: American & Mexican. Tables are provided within the Main Hall, however the food type is meant for the ease of grab and go! No pressure to take a seat - therefore, no seating chart!! Enjoy the freedom to grab food from the trucks provided within a 90-minute eating window. * During this time frame, the optional casual hour will commence. Please include in your RSVP if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions! The newly-weds will try their best to accommodate.

Athletic Wear - OPTIONAL
One of the greatest perks of Camp Hidden Valley are all of the activities provided - enjoy basketball, volleyball, 188 acres of trail hiking, and additional lawn games! WARNING: The Valdez's and Huggins' are competitive!!! While your participation is optional, we will be providing lawn games that are suitable for guests to play without the need to change from their semi-formal attire. * There will be a designated cabin for changing, however there is also a communal bath house with showers and stalls that can be utilized for freshening up/changing, as well!

For the guests that are not participating in the casual hour, continue drinking and migrate to the concrete dance floor beneath the pavilion! Get freaky on the dance floor and don't get stage fright - sign yourself up for a Karaoke song! If dancing and singing is not for you, feel free to continue the casual hour/family games! * The venue prohibits being barefoot in any of the outdoor areas; please utilize the "Dancing Shoes" provided if you need to kick off those heels!

Feel free to remain in your casual hour clothes and join us for S'mores at the bonfire! Keep the party going with the continuation of grab and go drinks and relax after the family games. Use this time to freshen up and take photographs with the beautiful lighting now that the night has fallen! Accessorize yourself with the glow-sticks provided and feel free to walk along the many trails provided for a night-hike. * The party will continue until you just can't party anymore! The guests that are staying overnight can continue dancing and drinking into the wee hours of the night, as long as they can abide by the 11 PM noise ordinance! ** We can only imagine how difficult setting up a tent drunk and in the dark is.... if you are staying overnight in a tent - please plan your set-up time logically!
