Can I change or update my RSVP?

Answer

Yes! If you have a conflict come up or a change of plans please let us know by June 1st so we can accurately prepare.

How many seats are reserved for my family?

Answer

The number of seats saved for your family is on your invitation.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy to Semi-Formal: dressier than what you'd wear to work but not as dressy as a formal evening gown or tuxedo.

Where is the Ceremony and Reception

Answer

Both are held at The Spohn Ballroom in Goshen, IN. The Spohn is located in downtown Goshen on Main street, with the entrance off of East Clinton street. At the entrance, there will be stairs to your right and an elevator straight ahead. We'll be celebrating on the third floor!

How can I RSVP?

Answer

If you can or cannot make it please fill out the RSVP tab on our website! Please RSVP by May 13th.

Where do I park?

Answer

There is parking all along Main street in downtown Goshen as well as two small free parking lots nearby. Just search "parking Downtown Goshen" in maps!

Can I bring someone that is not listed on my invitation?

Answer

Thank you for understanding, we cannot accommodate additional people that are not listed on your invitation due to the size of our venue.

Is The Spohn handicapped accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is an elevator to the 3rd floor. Unfortunately, there are only a few handicapped parking spots but there are plenty of spots close by and availability to drop off and pick up at the entrance!

Will there be food?

Answer

Yes! We will be having food catered by Nelson's and desserts from Sis and Me Bakery.

Where are you registered?

Answer

Can I take and post pictures in the ceremony?

Answer

We are having a phone-free service! Please no photos during the ceremony.

Can I take and post pictures in the reception?

Answer

Yes! Please do! Our wedding hashtag is #MrAndMrsHubley. We will have a QR code so you can upload your photos to an online folder!
