When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by May 1, 2024 so we may get an accurate guest count for our venue and caterer.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless specified on your invitation, we kindly ask for only those listed on the invitation attend. If you believe we have forgotten someone special, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. For venue and food purposes, we would simply like to known of any and all guest that may be attending.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at Woodlynn Hills. Parking for the ceremony and reception will be right by the Farmer's Pub restaurant. It is an open golf course, so just be aware of golf carts and golfers that may be coming through at times. Don't worry, your car will be safe from any flying golf balls!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would describe our dress code as; dressy casual or garden party attire. We kindly ask that the only white dress present be reserved for the bride:)

Will there be alcohol at the reception?

Answer

There will be a cash bar available inside the Farmer's Pub restaurant for guests. There is no telling how busy it may be due to the restaurant being open and operating during their regular hours, so please be patient and courteous. Other non-alcoholic drinks will be provided outside, under the reception tent.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be a buffet with an array of different dishes. We ask that if you have a very specific allergy or restriction to reach out to either Lee or Elaina, and we will work with our caterer to accommodate to the best of our abilities. Just be considerate that we may not be able to accommodate every single one.
