Devin is Riley's older sister and biggest fan. She has had the privilege of being there for every step of Riley's life. She wasn't always easy on Riley in true oldest sister fashion. However, their fights never lasted long and the hours spent playing Barbies and dress up set the foundation for a life long partnership. Devin is in constant awe of Riley's talent, heart, and spirit. She is loves how much Dan loves Riley and lives vicariously through their amazing adventures. Devin lives with her husband Dave and her three young daughters (who Riley spoils rotten) outside Buffalo, NY. She cannot wait to see everyone at the wedding. Go Bills!

I first met Dan a little over 36 years ago, when I came screaming into the world and saw him towering over me, already several inches taller. I have fond memories growing up as Dan’s twin brother, whether it was biking down to “the shops” from our neighborhood in Cheshire, playing manhunt or even having a nice game of catch that inevitably deteriorated into us throwing the ball as far as we could over each other’s head. I look forward to telling you all more about Dan come next September as we celebrate him and Riley. I also look forward to when they come back to the East Coast/Beast Coast where I work as a pediatric emergency medicine physician at Boston Children’s Hospital and where I live in Brookline with my wife, Emily, our three boys, Connor (7), Liam (7), Rowan (5) and our 11-year old golden retriever Trooper.

Allison met Riley at Marist College in 2008 when she became Riley’s “Big Sister” in their sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma. They bonded over their love for their Irish heritage, and quickly became close friends. Over the years they’ve managed to become even closer with frequent visits, weekly chats, and share a love of craft beer, travel, and vintage thrift finds. Allison lives in Charlotte, NC and works in MBA University Recruiting for Investment Banking.

Hi, I’m Tim - the older brother of the groom. I first met Dan at the hospital the day he was born, along with his twin Jeff. I had no idea how crazy (and fun!) life would soon be once the two of them came home. I currently live in CT with my wife Cait and our 4 year old daughter Reagan. I work for the company Cotiviti but nobody quite knows exactly what I do. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, watching sports, and gaming. I can’t wait to celebrate Riley and Dan in September!

Carlyn has known Riley since approximately 5th grade when her and her friends accused her of cheating at softball (...she didn't.) That quickly became history, and they've been friends ever since. They've explored together, cried together, and shared a million laughs. Carlyn is so excited to be by her side while she marries the love of her life.

Hi, I’m Gavin! Dan and I became fast friends all the way back in first grade in Cheshire, Connecticut, and basically grew up in each others’ houses. Since then we have always stayed close through high school, college, and coincidentally, law school. Even though we live far apart these days, I still often consult with Dan on professional issues. I don’t know Riley as well as I know Dan (because they moved so far away from me), but I can’t wait to keep getting to know her as the years go on. She seems cool, and it is clear that Dan and Riley are very lucky to have each other. I wish Dan and Riley a huge congratulations and can’t wait to celebrate with them!

Riley and Kari have been childhood best friends for almost 3 decades. She live in Fredonia, NY with my husband, Jeff and my two sons, Nolan and Bryce (Riley’s Godsons!). She is a Spanish teacher (as we all knew she would be) at our alma mater, Brocton Central School.

I’m Dan’s friend Nick. Dan and I met shortly after I moved to Cheshire before fourth grade. He and his twin brother Jeff lived 3 doors down and we quickly became friends from then on. Dan was the best man at my wedding and is one of my longest standing friends. Dan and I graduated Cheshire High together in ‘04. Dan was even there for my first date with my now wife Brittany where we watched the Stanley Cup at his house. She is also from Cheshire and we now have a boxer (dog) named Lili and an almost 2 yr. Old daughter named Chloe. We recently bought our first home in Prospect, CT. One of my passions is training for Ninja Warrior for the past 6 years and my job also happens to be coaching the younger generation in the sport.

There is an ancient Greek (/Greek life) saying that goes, “Sisters by chance, friends by choice.” Historians believe the origin of this famous phrase can be traced to the friendship of Kait and Riley. The pair met during sorority recruitment and quickly became roommates and, ultimately, best biddies. Throughout the years, they’ve been known to wow crowds with their signature karaoke duets over pitchers of cheap beer. Though they eventually grew to drink only the best beers at centerfield bars, local breweries and beer fests, they never let their friendship – or affinity for the single ladies dance – falter. Kait is a communications professional living outside of Boston, MA. She is a mom to Lily, who will grow up to be a Patriots fan. Please don’t hold that against her.

The first time I ever saw Dan was a photo of himself he submitted to RWU to circulate around to other incoming students looking for a roommate. I could tell just from the photo this was a very tall man, so I wondered why he gelled his hair straight up into a single point - as if he needed to appear even taller! It wasn't long before we were running around in the same group, playing intramural basketball and volleyball, dressing up as Ted and Flash Gordon for Halloween, and stressing out in the library together. And we ended up getting that apartment together after all! These days I await Dan and Riley's return to the East Coast in Cumberland, RI where I live with my wife, Christa, and our two pups, working as a PI attorney and real estate investor.

Erica met Riley at Marist College when Riley joined their sorority Kappa Kappa Gamma. Through living in W2 and bonding over their hate for working in retail (CVS and Target) their friendship flourished. Their college nights usually centered around cheap beer and/or karaoke, but their love for a good time carried into adulthood and over a decade of friendship (and much better beer). Erica lives on Long Island in New York and is a science teacher in Queens.
Chris Monacelli

Dan and Chris met the first week of college at Monmouth University in 2004. More specifically, they met in General Chemistry taught by Dr. I. While Chris was a biology major, Dan attended Monmouth due it’s Criminal Justice program with a focus on forensics, which was why Dan had to take that specific chemistry class and a major factor in why they met and became friends. Since graduating college in 2008, Dan and Chris have continued to maintain their close friendship via phone calls, texts, and in-person visits no matter how many states apart they live. Chris currently lives and works in Philadelphia as a Cardiothoracic/Lung Transplant Surgery Physician Assistant.

Riley and Tara met in the summer of 2011 while playing on the same softball team in Central Park in New York City. They became instant friends when Tara invited Riley to an annual camping trip. They quoted, “did we just become best friends?!” at the same exact time while floating down the Delaware River drinking beers and being their ridiculous selves. It was one of the best camping trips Tara ever had because she got a best friend out of it! Tara lives and teaches in California and is mama to the adorable Alowyn.

Dan and I became friends our first year of law school and BEST friends the second year when we became roommates! After graduating, we grew even stronger and spent our free time hiking, camping, and exploring New England. We drove up Mt. Washington one summer and he even let me take him snowboarding for the first time! We went on many weekend getaway trips to Cape Cod to (try to) catch fish, which is where Dan found me my first real job as a lawyer. I was sad when Dan moved to Washington but so happy that he found someone as amazing as Riley. I am so excited to be a part of Dan and Riley’s big day and wish them continued happiness and good fortune in their future together.

Megan met Riley when they were about 4 years old and have been best friends for as long as she can remember. Megan doesn't remember a time in her life where Riley was not part of it. They have managed to stay close for the last 30 years, even while living so far apart. Currently, Megan lives near Dallas, Texas with her husband and 2 fur babies; where they enjoy grilling, bowling, collecting sports cards, and watching football (Go Bills!). She works at Ernst & Young as a Risk Management - Compliance Data Analytics Manager, creating dashboards and providing data analysis to mitigate risk.

Dan and I met our first year of law school and were roommates (along with Mr. Booth) during our second year and we have been close friends ever since, despite the distance. Now I'm living in NJ and a lawyer for a software startup in NYC and I don't get to see Dan or Riley nearly often enough, but when we do it's always memorable - from our friend's weddings, to a rained out Independence Day, the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres, and Hurricaine parties, it is always a blast. I am proud to call Dan my friend and so incredibly excited for him and Riley to stay this next chapter of their lives.
