We have already secured the accommodations at camp up front, you can email EckertNealWedding@gmail.com to book your cabin. Cost is $50 per adult for the weekend for shared cabins, and that's it! The rest of the weekend is all inclusive! We will be covering all meals, activities and fun, for the whole weekend!
Think summer camp and embrace your inner child! All cabins are equipped with electricity and linens. If you run cold, we would suggest bringing an extra blanket. Bunk houses have shared men and women's bathrooms and are walking distance to all activities.

We want everyone to be comfortable. If cabins aren't your thing, there are other hotels that you can stay at (see accommodations page) . Please note, there will be no shuttles for off site guests, and you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the events.
We'd love to have you for the whole weekend, but know that schedules may not allow. When you RSVP, just make sure to only RVSP for the events you'll be able to make it.
We want everyone to look nice, but realize we're at a camp and we care about your comfort. Think a casual Garden Party. What we really ask is NO jeans, shorts or flip flops.
Short answer is no. Cell service is hard to come by, but that's part of the camp's charm. However, we realize that emergencies happen and we may need to check in on loved ones etc. There is wifi available at the camp office for such needs!
The most important thing is layers, it may be warm during the day but at night it can get down to the 40s. Bug Spray, SPF, Shower Shoes, bathing suit (if you plan to swim or canoe), swim towel, camp chairs (if you have them), extra blanket if you run cold.
Yes! We will be taking care of all meals for the weekend including: Welcome Dinner and camp fire on Friday, Breakfast, lunch and reception on Saturday and Brunch on Sunday. We will also have a snack space open in the Long House all day for snacks, drinks (non alcoholic) and any other needs like sun screen and bug spray. We will also have seats available at the Long House for those who may want a break from the outdoors.
From Route 28 North- Turn on to Rondaxe Rd from there you will follow signs for Adirondack Woodcraft Camp. If you are arriving after dark, I would make sure to use your GPS as it may be hard to see the signs. Given this is a camp, we request there be no food in the cabins. We will have plenty of snacks and non alcoholic beverages in the Long House for consumption. If you have any specific needs, we will have full access to the kitchen and you can keep your items in there. You are able to have beverages (alcoholic and non) in your cabin, however please keep them in an enclosed cooler.
We love your fury friends, if it was up to us they'd all be included. Sadly, the venue does not allow for additional dogs at camp.
