Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We’ve arranged convenient shuttle service to and from the ceremony for our guests. Here are the details: Pick-Up Locations and Times: Georgiana Smith Park Pickup: 2:55 PM Best Western Plus Hood River Inn: 3:00 PM On the Street by The Inn of the White Salmon: 3:15 PM *Please look out for a bus that says "Aspen Limo" Please plan to arrive a bit early, as the shuttles will depart promptly at these times. Return Shuttles: Departing the Venue at 9:45 PM Departing the Venue at 11:00 PM If you prefer to drive yourself, you’re welcome to leave your car at the venue until 10:00 AM on Sunday.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire. For men, formal wedding attire includes a dark suit, a dress shirt, a tie, and dress shoes. For women, formal wedding attire means a long dress or a stylish cocktail dress.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking onsite. Please be aware that the road leading to the venue is curvy and dark at night.

Can I bring my children or a guest

Answer

Due to limited numbers, we hope you understand that children or guests (plus one) are only invited if named. Your invitation will be made out to "Mr. & Ms." if you and your significant other/guest have been invited.

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 please arrive a little early to find your seat.
