Do I have to stay at the Moon Palace Resort?
Answer
Yes, in order for you to get on the property you have to be staying at the this resort.

Do I need my passport?
Answer
Yes, you will need a passport to travel into Mexico. Please make sure you give yourself enough time to get it.It will take 2-6 weeks arrive.

How much is it going to cost?

If you contact Janice she will be able to give you a custom quote for your trip. She does offer for you to put down a low deposit down and easy monthly payments.

Do I have to book my hotel reservation through Janice and Destination Weddings?
Answer
Yes, we got an incredible group rate which is greatly cheaper then booking an individual rate. You also won't be included in the wedding group if you go through a third party site.

Do I have to book my flight through Janice?

No, but if you would like to she can take care of that for you.

Will transportation be provided from the airport to the hotel?
Answer
Yes, when you book with Janice she will provide you with information for your transfer.

What day are most people arriving?

Most people will be arriving on Thursday 3/8/18. We will be staying from the 3/6-3/13.

What time should I arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Wedding will start at 5pm so try arrive around 430.

Beach formal.

Will the ceremony and reception be taking place outdoors?
Answer
Yes, but if there is any issues with weather you'll be notified by 11am on the day of if locations will be changed. It will not be on the beach, so girls you can wear heels.
