A proposal all starts with getting permission from the parents of the girl you love, and straight vodka, yup definitely STRAIGHT vodka. On June 4th 2017 Dustin prepped himself to ask the most nerve wreaking question he has ever asked, if he could have Kim's hand in marriage. Sipping straight vodka in the bathroom at 9am looking over the notes he had on how to handle talking to his future in laws he prepared himself. When arriving to Kim's parents house he sat out on the patio with her father, he looked over and said its been one of those days drinking straight vodka at 9am, Tom then looked at him and asked why. It was now or never, he then asked Jan if she would join them on the patio. Dustin then presented himself to her parents about how much he cared for their daughter, how he would always make sure she was taken care of, and how his life has been better with Kim in his life and he would love to share the rest of his life with her if they would let him. Jan screaming "YES, YES, YES" and Tom saying of course, the tension and nervousness he had was finally lifted. On June 9th, 2017 Dustin was prepping himself to get ready to go to class for his new job and as Kim laid in bed snuggling next to Diesel he couldn't think of a more perfect moment to ask her the "big" question. He sat on the bed looking at this amazing women he couldn't imagine his life without and grabbed her hand. He then went into saying, how much he loved her from the first moment he saw her. How he loved everything about her from all her flaws and cute little quirks she has. How he doesn't want a future without her in it. He then asked, "will you marry me?" As Kim sat up and smiled and basically screamed yes, she couldn't think of any better way to be proposed to. To the beginning of a beautiful Happily Ever After.
