We can't wait to celebrate this special day with all of our favorite people in one place! -Liz & Ben
Most will admit that online dating is weird yet entertaining. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn't. For us, it was both. Liz and Ben met on Bumble and quickly realized they had a ton of mutual friends and enjoyed many of the same activities such as mountain biking and skiing. Ben was eager to meet up for a ride in April of 2018, but Liz played hard to get. A month or so later, Ben was tasked on a mountain bike photo shoot while Liz was coincidently asked to be a rider model on that shoot (unbeknownst to either). They finally met in person! Liz was awed by Ben's charming good looks and wowed by his impressive bike photo skills. Ben saw that his intuition about Liz was spot on. She was fun, smoking hot, and could shred a mountain bike... SOLD! They set a first date for the next day. Liz asked Ben to ride Granby Ranch with some friends. Ben impressed Liz's friends. Liz brought Ben cookies, Ben ate all the cookies. Liz said she had extra tickets to Odesza later that week, so Ben Venmo'd Liz for said tickets immediately and starting counting down the minutes until the Red Rocks show. They danced to Odesza all night long and somewhere in there, they kissed. Things were off to a fast start. Liz got scared. She asked for a break that Fall. Ben cried... a lot. Liz came back! They got a dog. And then they became the Dukingham Clan and it's been happily ever after ever since... and now they want you to come to their wedding!!

We want to say that we fully recognize that things won't be fully back to normal by our wedding and there are a lot of unknowns between now and then. We already postponed once, so we will not be postponing again. We will take every precaution to ensure our guests safety by implementing multiple hand washing stations, hand sanitizer around the property and screening attendees for symptoms the day of the wedding (if needed). We recommend that if you are flying or traveling in from out of town, that you get tested prior to traveling. If you are sick, showing any symptoms, or been exposed to Covid, please do not attend. If you feel that attending is still too risky by August 1st, just let us know so we can adjust our numbers accordingly. In an ideal situation, most will be vaccinated (and we are recommending that anyone attending be vaccinated if eligible) and we'll feel comfortable enough to hug and be merry. We are keeping a close eye on local guidelines and are prepared to adjust plans if needed as we get closer. For up to date information on local Covid restrictions and guidelines, please visit: https://www.covid19routtcounty.com/ We will keep this site updated as things evolve and as we get closer to the event so that everyone feels safe and comfortable attending. Thank you all and if you have any questions, comments, or other ideas around Covid protocol & procedures, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
