Answer

We understand things may change, please contact Esther or Drew immediately so we can make necessary changes. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate +1's, unless it is specifically listed on your envelope. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Question

Are children allowed to attend?

Answer

While we love your littles, we will not be accommodating children under 12 years old to allow guests to relax and enjoy themselves. Please refer to your invitation for specific invitees.

Question

Where do I stay?

Answer

Please refer to the Accommodations tab above for more details about our hotel and a group rate. We encourage you to enjoy the beautiful January weather that Miami provides; if you prefer to book your own accommodations you are welcome to do so.

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There will be a valet service provided at Longan's Place upon arrival. Cars will be parked nearby if you need to access your vehicle during the events. As we are providing alcohol, we encourage you to carpool with a designated driver or ride-share to the venue to ensure safety for yourself and all other guests and staff.

Answer

There will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces. The ceremony will be outdoors and uncovered, followed by a partially covered cocktail hour. The dinner portion of reception will be fully covered and dancing will be indoors.

Question

What do I do if I am late to the ceremony?

Answer

Don't bother! Just kidding, the ceremony starts promptly as listed on the invitation. We encourage guests to arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the scheduled start to allow time for valet parking.
