The Harbor Rockwall’s breathtaking lake views and a wealth of high-end stores and restaurants has put it on the map as one of the best shopping destinations in the Dallas area. In addition to the shops and eateries, The Harbor is home to a movie theater and a small marina where you can dock your boat, if you brought yours. ;)
