Is there a dress code?

Answer

Casual attire recommended. Clothing that is informal and comfortable, yet clean and professional.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors with a very short walk from the main building. Cocktail hour and Reception will be held indoors with a screened in patio as well!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! A variety of wine, beer, liquor, and soft drinks will be served at cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

What type of food will be served? Are special requests allowed for allergies/food preferences?

Answer

We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet for dinner. There can be accommodations made for gluten free, vegetarian, etc. Just let the bride know prior to the event so the venue can accommodate special dishes. We will end the evening with plenty of dessert options including coffee & tea.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of free parking available at the venue where all wedding events will be held.

Question

Is there transportation to/from the hotel/room block?

Answer

You betcha! We have rented a jitney service that will have 2-3, 13 person jitneys to/from the Tropicana from 11am-11:30pm to help assist transporting guest to/from the hotel to/from teh venue. Hope this helps ease some stress with use of Uber on a Saturday night in AC!
