Should I carpool?

Answer

There is plenty of parking at the lodge, but if you plan to take a shuttle back to your lodging accommodations please plan to carpool to the party so that your car is not left overnight at the venue.

Is there a shuttle back to Deadwood?

Answer

Yes. Dakota Shuttle offers rides for 1-7 people for a rate range of $14-22 each way from Muley Hill Lodge to Deadwood hotels (not just to our block of rooms at Tru by Hilton) or vice versa. You can call (605) 920-8722 for a cab ride the day of! We WILL NOT be providing shuttle services to and from Deadwood, so please plan accordingly.

Do you have a hotel block?

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at the Tru by Hilton in Deadwood. Please call (606)571-1001 and ask to reserve a room under the Doerr/Tramp block!

BYOB?

Answer

No. There will be an open bar of beer and wine provided at Muley Hill Lodge for you to enjoy throughout the night.

What is the weather like in the Black Hills late July?

Answer

Our weather varies SO much, temps at night could drop into the 50's-60's out in the Hills, it could rain for 10 minutes, we never really know.. so be prepared and bring some warm clothes, extra clothes, and or blankets!
