Is there a dress code?
Answer
For our wedding events, only the ceremony and reception are cocktail attire. All other events are informal/beach casual. The resort restaurants have a separate dress code in which we have no control over. Please visit the resort website for more details.

Is there an app?
Answer
Dreams Sapphire has an app and we highly encourage you to download it prior to your arrival to become familiar with all the facilities and amenities the resort has to offer. While on property, you can make real time requests, view room service menus, view the entertainment schedule, look up restaurant/eatery/bar hours and dress codes, etc. From the app store, search AMR Collection and then choose Dreams Sapphire from the drop down list of locations.

Is there laundry/dry cleaning/pressing services at the resort?

Yes, from the app choose "housekeeping/maintenance" and scroll to "laundry" for more information.

Is there a spa with beauty/nail salon services?
Answer
Yes, there is a spa at the resort. From the app, choose "treatments" under Dreams Spa by Pevonia. Please let the receptionist know you are with the Dobin Wedding when making your reservation.

What is there for kids to do?
Answer
There are two areas for kids; the Explorer's Club is for younger kids (open from 9am-9pm) and the Core Zone for the older kids and teens.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP as soon as possible on the RSVP page of our website. Given the nature of our wedding, your room reservation let's us know that you are attending. But if by chance you are not staying at Dreams Sapphire, please let us know as we need to purchase a day pass for you to gain access to the resort. We encourage all our guests to book their rooms in our room block through our travel agent, for many reasons--it's not easy to coordinate so many people traveling to another country all at one time!! But no worries if you book another way, just please let us know so we can include you in our guest counts.

Your presence is present enough!! Traveling all the way to Mexico to be with us on our special day is the only gift we need.

Can I bring a date/family/friends?

Anyone is welcome to travel to Mexico and stay at the resort; bring the kids, parents, and friends. If there are additional members in your party that plan to attend the wedding events (especially the reception), please let us know so that we can include them our guest counts and seating chart.

Dreams Sapphire is a family friendly resort! Kids are welcome at all events including the wedding ceremony and reception.

Do I need a COVID test to return home?
Answer
