Grab some breakfast and meet in the lobby at 8:00 am!! Gran Coyote Golf in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, is an 18-hole Par 71 masterpiece designed by three-time major champion Nick Price. Just steps away from the beachfront, Gran Coyote Golf is truly one of the best golf experiences in all of Mexico. We have arranged for group transportation. Bring your clubs from home or rent them for $35. Tee time is 9:30 am.
Group Dinner
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Casual Elegance: Sneakers/tennis shoes or dress sandals, dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts. No sleeveless shirts or flip-flops. Long pants required for men.
Please join us for dinner!! We have reserved a section of the buffet restaurant just for our group.
Welcome Party Bonfire & Cocktails On the Beach
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Beach Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and shorts to swimsuits and cover-ups. We are on the beach in Mexico!!
This is a welcome party to officially kick off our wedding weekend!! Thank you to everyone for coming all this way to help us celebrate this exciting time in our lives!! Please join us for cocktails around a beautiful bonfire on the beach!!

Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Casual Attire: Wear linen pants or shorts, short-sleeved button downs, blouses, dresses, and sandals.
Everyone is invited to the rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding. We will be under a beautiful pergola on the beach, but not in the sand. There will be a buffet, private open bar, and a special surprise at dinner. Can't wait to see everyone!!

It's not often that we are all together in the same place. And since we have all traveled so far and have a professional photographer, we wanted to take this opportunity to give everyone some time to have individual family photos taken just before the ceremony.
Wedding Ceremony

Dress to impress!! Neither the ceremony or the reception are in the sand.
Wedding Reception
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and button downs and slacks...and don't forget your dancing shoes!!
After Party
10:00 pm
Casual: Shorts and sandals. No sleeveless shirts for men.
Meet up after the reception and keep the party going! Sorry kids, but the bar is adults only after 9:00 p.m. Bar closes at 1:00 am.
