Lauren and Katelyn first met Freshman year at Albion College when we lived in the same hallway. They became quick friends when they both discovered how rare it was to find someone else from Grand Rapids. Lauren is always there when Katelyn needed her no matter the time of day or night. Through the years, they pick up like no time has passed.
Joe Dopke
Best Man
Joe and John were neighbors growing up and have been friends since their early childhood. Joe has been pursuing his passion as a bartender in Detroit and sharing his knowledge with us all. They have been through so much together and this is one more thing to add to the list!
Andrea Mellendorf
Bridesmaid
Andrea and Katelyn have been friends since middle school and became best friends through their time in high school. They did their high school's musicals together and quickly became inseparable. They were consistently backline dancers together in the musicals and they never had plans (or the skills) to leave.
Cam Lewis
Groomsman
Cam is Katelyn's younger brother. He just graduated from Michigan State with his Mechanical Engineering Degree and moved to Carmel, Indiana. John has known that Cam would be a groomsmen in his wedding one day.
Chloe Theeuwes
Bridesmaid
They have been best friends since high school. Katelyn's life would not be the same without her Chloe cuddles and their adult sleepovers in Katelyn's parent's basement. Chloe is one of the hardest working people that Katelyn knows and she looks up to her everyday.
Chris Schaublin

They met briefly while they were at U of M but became better friends when Chris moved to Chicago. John and Chris both work a Shure together and enjoy hanging out with all of their friends together.
Erin DiNunzio
Bridesmaid
Erin is John's sister and has always been there when Katelyn needs her. She is the most well traveled person that the couple knows from being a foreign exchange student in Germany during high school to taking an internship last summer for the Army in Poland, she is always on the move. Katelyn knew from day one that Erin would always be apart of their bridal party.
Kaalen Kirrene

Kaalen and John met while working at Shure. Kaalen recently moved to his home state of California with his fiancée but they still get to hang out every week with their weekly game night.
Rachael Behl
Bridesmaid
Rachael and Katelyn grew up 3 doors down from each other and have been friends since they were 4 years old. Rachael's mom watched Katelyn every morning before Kindergarten and made sure Katelyn's hair was school ready. From playing Brady Bunch in her parent's basement, to being in their high school's musicals, to now being a bridesmaid, they have been through everything together.
Mitchell Graham

While at U of M, John met Mitchell while in one of their engineering classes. While making small talk, John discovered that Mitchell's grandparents were friends and neighbors with Katelyn's. They quickly bonded over their love for music and have been friends ever since!
Rachel Mann
Bridesmaid
Rachel and Katelyn would not be friends if it were not for the boys that they sat next to freshman year in their Spanish 1 class. Rachel was new to Grandville High School and they did not enjoy who they were seated right next to. They became best friends and Katelyn was Rachel's Maid of Honor in her wedding 5 years ago.

Phil and John met while in their engineering program at U of M. If it weren't for Phil, John would have had a much harder time in his classes.
