Only kids in our families are allowed - due to limited venue space.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes!! We have secured a bus to shuttle guests from the Fairfield Inn and Suites AND Townsplace Inn and Suites to the venue and back at the end of the night if they would like. Uber/Lyft is also an option.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you wish to use the wedding shuttle, please book a hotel at Fairfield Inn & Suites (2137 Isaac Newton Dr, SE 16th St - Ames) or TownPlace Suites (1523 S Dayton Pl - Ames). We have blocks of rooms available at either hotel.
