Please know that the wedding will be located ~30 minutes from downtown Charlottesville in the town of Scottsville. The ubers and lyfts will be limited, especially following the reception due to the distance from downtown Charlottesville.

There will be 3 buses that will be able to transport guests to the ceremony. There will be a shuttle that leaves at around 9 pm from the reception to drop guests at the hotels. There will be 3 shuttles leaving the reception around 1030 pm and dropping off guests at the hotels where we have wedding blocks. Guests who are doing airbnbs in the area have the option to uber to the hotel to pick up the shuttle! Following the reception, guests could uber from the hotels to their airbnbs if they elect to take the shuttle.

Rooms will be a mix of King beds and double queens for ~$279/night + tax. Hotel is right next to the Homewood suites! Reservations must be made by 8/1/24.

Flight
There are two options for guests needing to fly into the area. Charlottesville airport is a good option for those wanting a local airport, however prices may be more expensive given the airport size. Richmond is ~ 1 hour from Charlottesville and will likely have more affordable prices given the size of the airport.
Travel Note
We do recommend securing a reservation for your accommodations ASAP due to our wedding being on a UVA football weekend. Given the football weekend, prices will likely be high and availability low.
