We kindly ask all RSVPs be submitted or mailed back by February 8, 2020. A final head count will be needed by the caterer and venue.
The ceremony starts at five o’clock in the evening. Please arrive as early as you’d like, but no later than four forty-five. There’s only one entrance, so you don’t want to miss the bride!
If your invitation was addressed to you and a guest, we have made accommodations for you to bring a date. If you’re still unsure, enter your name into our RSVP page. You will be able to see there if you have a guest attached to your invitation.
Due to necessity rather than choice, it is children of immediate family only. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!
Wear whatever you’re most comfortable in! Semiformal to dressy casual would be most appreciated. Ladies, we would recommend not wearing a skinny high heel as the venue is on a farm. The grass could be soft and a skinny heel could catch on the wood floors.
For family members traveling from out of town, we made their search easier for the best fits in location and price. The venue is located 40-45 minutes from Jasper, so any local family and friends are also welcome to use the accommodation.
Although they are also hosting another wedding the same weekend, the Quality Inn has no deadline for booking. Want to wait till the week of to decide? That’s perfectly fine! Just mention The Underwood/Duncan wedding.
There will be an open beer and wine bar, but drink responsibly. Bar tenders have full permission to cut anyone off.
There will be parking provided in a field on the property.
Unless there is a chance of rain for the evening, no. The ceremony will be held in the bamboo deck. The reception will be held in the Stables. While both locations are on the same property, to eliminate confusion, there will be signs in place to help direct you to where you need to be.
Absolutely! Make sure to share our hashtag on all social media! #DibbsOnDuncan However, we are having a unplugged ceremony. We paid good money for our photographers and videographer, and they like to share. So let’s make sure if you’re caught on camera, we get to see your faces, not your devices.
